OUR SERVICE'S

We are happy to undertake any payroll service irrespective of the size or nature of the business. We currently provide the service for a diverse range of clients from Security Companies, Recruitment Agencies, Homecare Providers, Nurseries, Playgroups, Construction Companies, Engineering Companies amongst others.

We can provide Weekly, Two Weekly, Four Weekly or Monthly payroll frequencies, based on fixed payments, hourly rates, session rates, calculated at gross to net or net to gross. We include all calculations for Tax, National Insurance, SSP, SMP, Student Loans, Attachments, Travel Expenses, Saving Schemes, in fact you name it we do it.

We provide an extensive range of analysis and reports tailored to suit and inform your business and can accept instructions via your chosen means, e-mail, on line, telephone or post.

As part of the package once we are registered with Inland Revenue as your Payroll Agent, ( a simple process that requires your authorisation ), we include all end of year reconciliations, reporting and on line filing via the Inland Revenue Government Gateway, together with the production of P35’s, P60’s and P14’s. Other annual forms ie P87’s can be provided at a small extra charge.

Naturally, our payroll software is an approved HM Revenue and Customs software application and fully compliant with all e-filing requirements whilst being continually updated to ensure that all of the latest legislation is active and in place.

Our all inclusive service includes all aspects of your payroll and we make no extra charges for:-

    Setting up the Payroll.
    PAYE and National Insurance payment statements
    Processing P45’s for starters and leavers
    Setting up new employees.
    Payroll summaries and reports.
    End of year filing and production of P60’s, P35’s, P14’s etc.

Dealing with Inland Revenue on your behalf in the event of any payroll related questions and queries that may be received.

Production of Security Payslips, posted to a central address for distribution.

We do however, make a small charge for the production of end of year P87’s and if you require Security Payslips posted direct to employees addresses to cover postage costs. More details can be found on our Payroll costs information page.

Naturally, Simply Payrolls operates a strict confidentiality policy and guarantee that all information supplied by you will be kept within the confines of Simply Payroll offices and confines will not be divulged to any third party under any circumstances unless specifically authorised by the client concerned. All data is securely stored and backed up on a secure external storage device, accessed only by authorised Simply Payrolls personnel.
