PRICE'S

We operate a straightforward and simple pricing structure, based upon the number of payslips produced. Our charges are as follows:

Up to two payslips per payroll run	= £5.00 ( our minimum charge )
Two to Ten payslips per payroll run	= £2.20 per payslip.
Ten to Twenty payslips per payroll run	= £1.750per payslip.
Over Twenty payslips per payroll run	= £1.50 per payslip
Over Fifty payslips per payroll run	= £1.25 per payslip
Over One Hundred payslips per payroll run	= £1.00 per payslip

All payslips are produced as security ‘ready to post’ payslips, the above prices include mailing to a central address ready for distribution, however, if you wish us to mail direct to employees address, there is an additional charge in line with the current 1st or 2nd class postage rates.

In the, hopefully, unlikely event that we make an error on your payroll we will of course rerun at no charge, however, should you wish to change your payroll after we have processed the data, we will make an additional charge of half of the full cost to rerun the payroll.

The addition of VAT is not applicable to the above prices, what you see is what you pay.

Please bear in mind that if you are a member or associate member of the Wales Preschool Playgroup Association or Preschool Learning Alliance we offer a substantial discount to the above costs.

In view of our increased client base in the domiciliary care field we are now pleased to offer a similar saving and discount to new clients joining us.

Registered Charities are also eligible for discounted prices and costs.
