How do I contact you to enquire about your payroll services, prices etc. ?
Most of the information will be contained on the web site somewhere, however if you wish to
contact us direct, you can e-mail, phone (mobile or landline, answerphone available 24hrs a day).

After the payroll starts how do I pay my employees?
You pay the net amount shown on the pay slip by whichever means you have chosen, ie cheque, cash, bank transfer etc.
How do I pay my tax and National Insurance?
We will send you a detailed summary of the Tax and National Insurance liability
after the final payroll for the month has been run in ample time for you to meet
HMRC timetables.
What if an employee does not have a P45?
We will send you a number of blank P46 forms to complete and return to us which
we then forward onto your designated tax office to allocate the appropriate tax code.
What is the procedure for new staff joining the payroll?
For new starters you can either complete a new starter form which we will send you
with the new payroll pack, or you can complete the on line new starter form. If you
need to send us details quickly in order to include on next payroll run, telephone
or e-mail details to us.
What is the procedure for changing the details for employees already on the payroll?
Again, you can either complete the starter/leaver/change form included with your payroll
pack or you can use the on line change form. If you need to relay information quickly,
e-mail or 'phone through the changes.
What length of notice of termination do you require?
There are no contractual obligations but we do ask that one months notice is provided where possible.
How quickly can you start running my payroll?
Depending on individual requirements, numbers of employees, availability of data,
frequency etc. we aim to complete set up within one day.
When will you need the payroll information?
As long as we receive the instructions via e-mail, phone or post before 10.00 am
on the day that the paroll is due to be processed, this is all the notice we require.
What is the process for end of year returns?
We will file your end of year returns on line, qualifying you for HMRC tax incentive
bonus and completing all of your year end report requirements, such as P14's, P60's, P35's etc.
What if I need to contact you regarding my payroll?
You can contact us via e-mail, landline telephone or mobile phone. If outside of
normal working hours we operate an answerphone service to enable us to contact you the next working day.
What if I receive correspondence from HMRC?
Anything that relates to payroll issues, send to us and we as your payroll representative will liase with HM Revenue and Customs for you.
